MINI ROO 4-9 YRS GAME RULES

YOUTH LEAGUE GAME RULES

​​

Our Mini Tillies and Roos (4-9 yrs) play in a non competitive format. Youth League ranges from 10-14 yrs and is competitive but the focus of Saturday football is to enjoy, be fair and develop skills.

​

GAME TIMES

Every Saturday Term 2 and 3.

This will align with team numbers and field availability.

AGE GROUPS

• 4 and 5 years (2022 and 2021) 4 v 4 Quarter Field - Non Competitive

• 6 years (2020) 4 v 4 Mini Field - Non Competitive

• 7 years (2019) 4 v 4 Mini Field - Non Competitive

• 8 years (2018) 6 v 6 Quarter Field - Non Competitive

• 9 years (2017) 6 v 6 Quarter Field - Non Competitive

• 10 years (2016) Half Field - Competitive

• 11 and 12 years (2015 and 2014) Half Field - Competitive

• 13 and 14 years (15 years girls) (2013 and 2012) Half Field - Competitive
   

15+ years will now be playing in our senior competitions. Please see information HERE

TEAMS

Inverell FC takes single registrations and makes teams at the closure of registrations. This is a big task for the experienced, dedicated committee. Girls are able to play one year level down with no questions asked. Please note this in your registration.

DRAWS

Draws can be found on Squadi, sign in and then add your teams to the Watch List.

​UNIFORM

2026 marks a new era for Inverell FC uniform. With new sponsors comes new kit for the next 3 years.

While colours may have changed this year, it is not compulsory to wear the shorts or socks. You can still wear any colour including whites ones. Shirts will be provided with registration and you can buy shorts and socks from our online shop or canteen.

DEVELOPMENT GROUPS

Expressions of interest are now CLOSED for the 2026 development groups, this will open in February 

Expression of Interest for Development Squad HERE

These players are required to train with a squad and be available for tournaments/ carnivals. A training kit is required to be purchased at $70.
If EOI numbers exceed positions available due to coach numbers, trials will be held at a TBC date.

If you are interested in coaching a development group, please list that information in your players EOI. We would like to see more coaches available.
